The purpose of our work is to facilitate helping you achieve greater connection within yourself and your source. We facilitate this in two specific ways:
- Specific, gentle and effective adjustments (We use a variety of techniques learned and practiced over many years) to your spine and cranium where needed (this most directly access’ influence on your central nervous system). Some sessions may involve soft tissue massage in addition to the adjustment. Each person and care plan is unique. Spinal health is paramount to overall health and this is the foundation of chiropractic care.
- Guidance for you to get clearer on what life circumstances (physical, chemical, emotional, spiritual) are most significantly impacting your body’s ability to self-regulate and heal. Some of our sessions will be more adjusting than talking. Others will be the opposite. We are intuitive with our work.
